PCSM was founded by Dr. Byron Patterson, a former collegiate athlete with a passion for sports medicine and healthy living.

Ultrasound

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

PCSM offers Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections for the treatment of acute and chronic tendon and ligament injuries, muscle tears, and osteoarthritis. PRP improves clinical outcomes by delivering a high concentration of growth factors that promote the healing of cartilage and damaged tissue.

PRP injections are usually given in series of 1-3 injections over a period of 8-12 weeks and leads to healing of unhealthy tissue.
